MARCO MIGNOT

Born in Nouméa, New Caledonia to a family of world travellers, Marco Mignot is a French surfer known for his dynamic shortboard style and powerful aerials.

Raised in Sayulita, Mexico, he began surfing at age 7 alongside his father, brother, and cousin. He quickly excelled in competitions, winning the Rip Curl Search at 11 and the European U14 Championship in 2014. At age 12, he joined the Quiksilver team and has been sponsored by the brand since. Marco secured the European Junior Championship in 2018 before taking the European Open title in 2023.

In October 2024, after years of hard work and sacrifice, he clinched a victory at the Challenger Series event in Saquarema, Brazil, earning a spot on the WSL’s Championship Tour for the 2025 season. Marco is currently ranking in the Top 15 on the WSL Leaderboard for the 2026 season.
