EUROSIMA 2025 GENERAL ASSEMBLY & USC NA SEQUENCE

We are delighted to invite you to the EuroSIMA General Meeting, which will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, starting at 1:30 p.m. , at the ESTIA BERRI building in Bidart. Once again this year, Jean Louis Rodrigues, our President, accompanied by the members of the Board of Directors and the executive team, look forward to seeing you there to share a crucial moment in the life of our association.

 

 

"Over the past two years, EuroSIMA has reached an important milestone. In a sometimes uncertain environment, we have successfully completed numerous projects, reached a record number of 215 members, generated exceptional interest in our events, and, above all, strengthened our strong ties with our members and institutional partners.

Based on this assessment, the Board of Directors asked me to continue for another two-year term, which I accepted. In agreement with the Board, I propose to streamline its composition in order to build a more agile team that is focused on the essentials and better equipped to meet future challenges with consistency and efficiency.

This 2025 General Assembly also marks an important strategic milestone: the creation of the first regional delegation of UNION Sport & Cycle in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (USC-NA). This new regional presence will enable our network to access expanded services while strengthening the representation of economic players in the sports sector in our region. This is a major step forward in better defending our common interests at the national level, without compromising what makes EuroSIMA unique: its independence, its legal structure, its governance, its team, and its mission to promote action sports in Europe.

An Extraordinary Meeting

Our 2025 General Assembly will be very special for two reasons: firstly, because it is an election year, and therefore a strategic one for our entire network. But this year, we will also be taking advantage of our General Assembly to welcome the UNION Sport & Cycle team in order to officially present the creation of the regional delegation:USC Nouvelle-Aquitaine! 

The afternoon will begin with coffee and a presentation of the delegation. This will be followed by our General Assembly and we will finish with our usual cocktail reception. We look forward to sharing this convivial moment with you all.

Your presence is crucial: it helps strengthen the fabric of our association and influence decisions that support our mission to promote the strength of our Action Sports industry. It will also be a great opportunity to network with other members and discuss future industry challenges.

• 2:00 p.m.: Presentation of the USC Nouvelle-Aquitaine regional delegation
• 3:30 p.m.: Start of the EuroSIMA General Assembly
  • President's report and activity report for 2024
  • 2024 Financial Report by the Statutory Auditor
  • Presentation of the program for the year 2025
  • Presentation of the 2025 provisional budget
  • Vote on the new board of directors and the new term of office for the president
  • Board of Directors approval
  • Miscellaneous questions
• 5:00 p.m.: Cocktails & music

The day will end with a convivial moment accompanied by music, a great opportunity for networking and enjoying the EuroSIMA Family atmosphere until 8:00 p.m.
